Twice a year I teach the final module of the TAG (talent garden) Innovation school’s 6-week growth marketing course in Milan Italy. I teach 2-day seminar (16 hours) for 25 students covering:
– The “Growth Mindset.”
– “Understanding Your Customers.”
– MVP to Scaling
– The “Growth Methodology.”
50% is lecture, and the other half are team and group activities.
